•Manage a modernization project for the IT assets, relocation of database and rehosting in cloud of tools and application (DEV, UAT, Staging, Prod)

•Establish project plan baseline, define project scope, evaluate and secure the necessary resources

•Track project execution activities , monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations

•Ensure all quality checks and test cases have been executed to meet acceptance criteria and provide highest quality

•Coordinate the successful release of the product features, capabilities and changes

•Manage the internal/external customer relations within the scope of the Statemen of work (SOW)

•Manage project finance, budget and forecast

•Communicate the status of the release project to stakeholders and management team related to timeline, scope and cost.

•Working closely with the Business owner, Product Manager and Architect.

2021 – 2022

at Zimmer Biomet

•Manage a medical device project for knee replacement with software on an external tablet and firmware on the device.

•Establish project plan (timeline, scope and cost)

•Produce various reports to track the progress of the project and provide progress reports, while adapting your communications to the audience

•Diagnose problem situations, take action and help resolve complex problems by implementing solutions and mitigation/contingency plans

•Identify and manage the risks and issues inherent to the project in a consistent, proactive manner

•Initiate changes and encourage the constant rethinking of work methods with a view to fostering continuous improvement to achieve set objectives

•Optimize the use of project resources to achieve the group’s objectives

•Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators

•Set up governance and the right channels of communication between project collaborators and ensure ongoing communication with all stakeholders
